  How much notice is required for placing a catering order?
To ensure that we can provide you with the meal of your choice, all orders must be placed by close of business the day before your catered event. However, we understand that last minute meetings and events come up – so call us! We attempt to accommodate all last minute orders as best we can by letting you know what meals and delivery times are available at the time of your call.
  What is the minimum order for delivery?
Breakfast and lunch orders require a minimum of 8 guests. Our hot entrees require a minimum of 10 guests.
  What is included in each catering order?
Complimentary plates, napkins, serving and eating utensils, cups and ice are provided with each catering order.
  How are your platters presented?
All orders are attractively presented on fine disposable platters and are beautifully wrapped in cellophane.
  How are your sandwich platters prepared?
Our deli meats are prepared and sliced in-house daily. Breads are delivered fresh every morning from a local artisan baker. Our breads include, but are not limited to, rustic baguettes and ciabatta rolls, thickly-sliced Pullman country breads, fluffy rosemary foccacia, grilled flat breads, and colorful tortilla wraps.
  Do you offer any vegetarian, vegan, or glutten-free meals?
Most definitely. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or special requests and we will gladly accommodate them.
  How are your hot entrees prepared and served?
Our highly skilled chefs prepare all of our hot entrees, soups, and appetizers in- house. They are delivered to you in disposable chafing dishes, with sterno, for a minimal charge, to ensure your food remains hot from the start of your event until the end. Stainless steel chafing dishes are also available upon request for a minimal rental fee, as are porcelain platters and bowls.
  Do you cater company picnics and BBQ’s?
Yes! Our summer schedule books quickly! Simply call us at 703.481.3030 and ask to speak with a catering director. You will be assisted in designing the perfect menu for your event, including any rentals, tents, frozen drink machines, entertainment, etc. that you may need.
  Do you do private catering?
Absolutely. Our catering services include bridal party luncheons, rehearsal dinners, weddings, grand-openings, birthday parties, cocktail parties, retreats retirement parties, Christenings, intimate dinners, happy-hours, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and bridal and baby showers.
  Can you provide wait staff for events?
Yes. We can provide event staff of all kinds, including a culinary creative director, designer, menu planner, captains, chef and line staff, wait staff, and bartenders.
  How can we set up an account?
Simply visit our website at atriumcateringanddesign.com and click on "Open a Corporate Account." Submit the completed form and we will contact you with your account information.
  What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Corporate accounts are billed net 10 business days.
